By using this website or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and contact us only by phone or post if you still wish to discuss training.

3. Educational nature of our lessons

All lessons are educational. Nothing on this site or in our classrooms constitutes personal investment advice, an invitation to deal in securities, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.

4. Bookings and fees

Fees shown on the site are informational. A place or private session is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry and, where required, receive any deposit stated in our correspondence. Refund and cancellation rules are set out on our refund page.

5. Intellectual property

Workbooks, templates, chart annotations prepared for class, and website content belong to Innovation Cloudtech or our licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal learning. You may not copy, share, or teach from our materials commercially without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit abusive content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when booking.

7. Liability

We take care to keep site information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect losses, or decisions you make after attending training. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you reside elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
