Refunds and cancellations

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid places on Innovation Cloudtech group lessons (including the Fibonacci Masterclass Intensive, Retracement & Extension Clinic, and Evening Fibonacci Foundations) and to booked one-to-one trade planning sessions.

2. Eligibility for a refund

A full refund of fees paid is available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before the first scheduled session of a group course, or at least forty-eight hours before a one-to-one session. Cancellations inside those windows are handled under the partial refund and credit rules below.

3. Timeframe to request

Send refund or cancellation requests to hello@innovation-cloudtech.digital or call +44 078 1097 4844. Include your name, lesson title, and booked date. We acknowledge requests within two working days.

4. Full and partial refunds

• Fourteen days or more before a group course: full refund of deposit and any balance paid.
• Seven to thirteen days before a group course: refund of 50% of fees paid, or a credit toward a later published date if you prefer.
• Fewer than seven days before a group course: deposit is non-refundable; any balance paid may be credited to a future seat within six months at our discretion.
• One-to-one sessions: full refund if cancelled forty-eight hours or more ahead; inside forty-eight hours the session fee is non-refundable unless we can fill the slot, in which case we refund minus an administrative charge of £25.

5. Non-refundable items

Replacement printed workbooks ordered after a course, and any separately purchased chart print packs, are non-refundable once produced. Completed one-to-one sessions are non-refundable.

6. Work already started

If a multi-evening course has already begun and you withdraw, fees for completed evenings are non-refundable. Unused evenings may be credited only if we agree in writing before the next scheduled evening.

7. Deposits

Deposits reserve a limited classroom seat. They are refundable only within the timelines above. Failing to pay a stated balance by the due date may release your seat without refund of the deposit.

8. Rescheduling

You may request one free reschedule of a one-to-one session if you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Group course dates are fixed; moving to a later cohort is treated as a cancellation of the original date plus a new booking, subject to availability.

9. No-shows

If you do not attend and have not cancelled in time, the lesson is treated as delivered. No refund is due for no-shows.

10. Cancellation by Innovation Cloudtech

If we cancel a lesson, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a new date. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation you arranged independently.

11. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days beyond that.
